💅 Booking Policy & Client File Deposit

To provide the highest level of consistency, care, and customization, our studio operates with an "Active Client File" system.

A $50 Client File deposit is required to reserve your first appointment.

This deposit is securely held on your client file and remains active for as long as you continue booking with us. It may be applied toward any future appointment total at your request.

If you become inactive for 6 months, the deposit may be cashed out towards a service or will automatically expire.

Your client file includes:

• Personalized service records

• Custom mapping & design history

• Product and processing details

• Service preferences

• Ongoing result tracking

• Access to our Lash Bible care guide

• Priority booking flow

This system allows us to prepare your services accurately, maintain consistent results, and provide a smooth, stress-free experience at every visit.

If the deposit isn’t completed within 24 hours of booking, the system will automatically release the appointment. This keeps the schedule fair and open for clients who are ready to come in and enjoy their service.

Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask for 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.

Changes made within 24 hours, no-shows, or arriving more than 15 minutes late without communication will result in your client file deposit being applied to the missed appointment.

Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may require your appointment to be cancelled to protect the schedule for other clients.

These guidelines help ensure that every client receives the attention, care, and timing they deserve. ✨

They keep the studio running smoothly and create the most beautiful experience for both you and the clients booked after you.

While most appointments are reserved in advance, limited same-day booking may be available depending on the day’s schedule.

Same-day appointments are subject to availability and require an active Client File deposit to secure the appointment.

Terms of Service -

Lashes by Kam Booking Platform Flow will provide booking confirmation, apt reminders, special promos and other updates.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the shortcode. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

Age Requirements - Our services are available only to individuals who can legally consent to service agreements. Clients who cannot legally consent must have a parent or legal guardian provide consent prior to receiving services.
